Effectively protect against STIs – Use Safer Sex offerings

A few weeks ago, a new study on sexual health caught attention: The World Health Organization (WHO) warned of an increasing spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), especially Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, or Syphilis in Europe. Researchers from the Medical University of Vienna, who contributed to this survey, also identified clear trends for Austria.

In light of these developments, it is important for sexually active individuals to address their own sexual health. In the context of sex and chemsex, this means consciously reducing risks through Safer Sex practices. Therefore, many of our network partners provide individually tailored Party Packs and Slam Packs, which, in addition to condoms, contain important materials to minimize health risks during chemsex. All information can be found on our website: Safer-Use and Safer-Sex-Packs!

In addition to Safer Sex practices, regular STI checks are also important to detect, treat, and prevent possible infections from being transmitted to sexual partners. In our network, you can find doctors with special expertise in the field of chemsex – more information here: Medical support for chemsex-users and Councelling.
