Konnex

Konnex offers counselling and support by addiction experts to employees of institutions in the social and health care system. Konnex staff members visit the facilities and as a result can swiftly respond to the individual needs and questions of the respective staff members on site. The objective is that people suffering from addiction can be cared for in the facilities of the general social- and health care system.

• Participation in team meetings at the facilities
• On-site “round tables” (practice-oriented training in the form of panel discussions and workshops)
• Talks on addiction-specific topics
• Addiction-specific counselling for staff
• E-mail and telephone-based counselling
• Support in casework
• Addiction-specific support with conceptual considerations of the organisation
